Marcial Meléndez

Marcial Meléndez is a musician, producer and singer born in Carora, Lara – Venezuela and currently based in Salt Lake City, Utah – USA.

Marcial is recognized for his virtuosity on the guitar, musical productions and for being part of the renowned heavy metal band "Landsemk", from Venezuela since 2009 as a guitarist, composer and music producer.

It can be noted that with Landsemk, Marcial has recorded and produced 3 albums and 3 singles in his music studio Xtreme Road Studio/Xtreme Road Records; appeared in well-known magazines such as Metal Hammer (UK) with the song "Derrotados"; performed in concerts throughout the cities of Venezuela, toured in countries such as Colombia, Ecuador, Spain and played with recognized bands such as Helloween, Blind Guardian, Paul Di'Anno, Krisium, Belphegor, Lujuria, Vital Remains, Timo Tolkki and others.

Since 2015, Marcial has been working in parallel with his band, Landsemk, on his solo project, which he was focused as an instrumental solo guitarist, and currently is a singing guitarist in a hard rock/heavy metal style. To date, he has recorded and produced 2 albums and 1 single that stand out amongst the crowd.

Thanks to his dedication and many years in the music industry, Marcial has had the honor of participating in the magazine Metal Hammer (Spain), in its March 2016 issue. Marcial was recognized and nominated as the best guitarist in Venezuela by the Association "Melomaniac Awards: Rock and Metal" for two consecutive years, in the 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 editions, along with other awards achieved with Landsemk.
